04 / Personal training
Coaching for people who want a clear plan, honest feedback and strength they can actually repeat.

Who it’s for
You do not need elite skills. You do need the willingness to build foundations, log the work and respond to feedback.
Build strong joints, clean basics and a progression map that removes guesswork.
Break through planche, lever, muscle-up or handstand plateaus with targeted work.
Make a demanding training goal fit the schedule and equipment you actually have.
The process
Share your goals, history, schedule and current level.
Review movement, baseline strength and training constraints.
Receive a focused plan with clear progressions and benchmarks.
Use feedback and data to adjust the plan as your capacity changes.
Client result
This space is ready for consented client photography, verified baseline measures and an honest account of the training process.

Sample testimonialQuestions
No. Coaching starts from your current capacity. The plan may begin with fundamental strength, mobility and joint preparation before advanced skill work.
A pull-up bar and floor space cover many foundations. Rings, parallettes and resistance bands expand the options. Your program is adapted to what you can access consistently.
There is no honest universal timeline. Training age, body composition, joint tolerance, schedule and recovery all matter. We use measurable progressions instead of fixed promises.
Coaching can adapt training around medical guidance, but it does not replace diagnosis or rehabilitation from a qualified healthcare professional.
